FoA is neat, but not great. Eventually you will get enough natural adv. base stats from it and iron pills (once you buy evil perks and get evit NGUs high, until then they are both pretty insignificant as your other sources raise much faster - to the point that at the end of normal your combined gain from all iron pills and all FoAs will be less then 1% of your total). Initially go for the basic training as your priority. The amount of energy required for basic training can be reduced by up to 10% of the current amount in each rebirth based on how the levels they gain so it is essential to have that go down because it then frees energy for other things like augments.
